We often get the question, “How do I get started?”
The steps are simple:
Introductory Pack –> Lifetime Enrollment + Program Pack of Choice.
When done with your first program, you just select your next program pack. Once a member, if you want to try something new, we’ll give you a Free Intro.
Or for the Foundations of Qi Gong Program:
Introductory Pack –> Foundations of Qi Gong.
Thereafter, just select Foundations of Qi Gong.
