If you purchased the wrong service by mistake, we understand — it happens. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Intro Packs & Spec Packs: Satisfaction Guaranteed
All Introductory and Specialty Packs purchased through this site are satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right—either through correction or refund.
Guarantee terms are clearly stated on each product page.
Please reach out within 14 days of starting your program if there is an issue.
Full Programs (Non-Intro Tuition)
For full programs or longer-term training packages, you’ll be asked to review and sign a written contract before or immediately after purchase. This includes:
Program duration
Class attendance policies
Termination and refund terms
Financial obligations

📦 Physical Product Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or with quality issues, please email us within 30 days of receipt. Include:
A photo of the item
Your order number
We’ll file a claim with our fulfillment provider and have a replacement sent to you at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask you to. You may also opt for a full refund.

If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility:
Product must be new, unused, and unwashed
You must email us first to initiate the return process
Return Instructions:

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (via email or postal mail—your choice)
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method
