Water Mountain offers a wide variety of services.  Now and then that can lead to buying the wrong thing.  If you should happen to purchase the wrong service, simply contact us within 7 days and we’ll refund your purchase to you, guaranteed.

We will contact you to book your sessions anyway, so if there is something unusual about your order, we’ll confirm that’s what you want.

Program Terms

When purchasing other than an Intro Pack, you should speak with a staff member about the training pack and contract terms before buying.  Details of your enrollment (e.g. duration, termination, class frequency, and financial obligation) are set down in a written contract.  In the event of a perceived conflict in terms between the website and the contract, the written contract shall be the binding agreement between you and Water Mountain Inc.

It bears repeating that the student is responsible for his or her own attendance.  We want you to attend class, but we can’t force you to.  Hence, that responsibility falls on you.  If you have difficulty with attendance, please consider working with an instructor constructively to increase your attendance.

Physical Goods

Water Mountain Inc uses a 3rd party fulfillment service to provide the goods listed on this site.  We don’t maintain a physical inventory of the items, and are not directly involved in any aspect of fulfillment.

Each item is custom printed at the time of the order.  With shipping, this means that your order will usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.  Sometimes it is faster and sometimes modestly slower.  In the case of products with longer than normal delay, a note detailing the delay has been made in the product description.

We do want you to have a great experience with our providers, and they have been selected for the reliable quality that they produce.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Goods

If goods arrive in an unsatisfactory (poor printing, broken, etc.), please email us with a photo of the item.  We will forward this to the service, and they will make and send a replacement once the damage is confirmed.  There is no need to return the product in such a case.  If you would prefer, you can also get a refund instead.

30 DAY MONEY BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE for Physical Goods

Goods have a 30 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee.  In the unfortunate event you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will accept the return of the purchased product for up to 30 days from the date of a purchase and refund the purchase price of the product.   The product must be new, and in unused condition.

A. Please email us at customerservice@watermountainstore.com with your name and order number.

B. We will email or mail (your preference) a return label to you.

C. We will initiate a refund on receipt via stripe.

All tuition packages purchased on site are satisfaction guaranteed.  That guarantee is explicitly stated on the product page.  Please direct any questions regarding a guarantee to customerservice@watermountainstore.com

Reward Point Program Terms and Conditions

Water Mountain Inc may modify the reward point program as it sees fit, including but not limited to increasing or decreasing value, expiring or extending point life, changing the acts producing rewards, and changing products and services that may be purchased through redemption.  Reward points have no cash value.
