Shipping Policy

At Water Mountain, we offer both in-person training packages and custom-printed merchandise. Our shipping policies vary based on what you purchase, so please review the details below to understand what to expect.


📦 Shipping for Merchandise (Physical Products)

All merchandise is custom printed on demand and fulfilled by a trusted third-party print provider. We do not maintain a physical inventory of goods, which allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and sizes.

⏱ Standard Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: Most items arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping can take 10–14 business days or longer, depending on customs and local carrier operations.

If a product has a known delay or extended production time, it will be noted clearly on the product page.


🛠 Fulfillment & Production Times

  • Production typically begins within 1–3 days of order placement.

  • Fulfillment time may vary depending on item complexity and seasonal volume.

  • Some items may ship separately depending on their production source.


🚚 Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to make checkout easy:

  • $10 flat rate for all physical orders under $150

  • Free shipping on orders $150 and over

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you finalize your purchase.


🧾 Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (when available).
If you don’t receive your shipping notice within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.


📬 Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • First, check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  • If still unresolved, email us at customerservice@watermountainstore.com, and we’ll help file a claim or coordinate a replacement if eligible.


⚠️ Note on Training Packages

Tuition and service-based products are not physically shipped.
We will contact you directly to schedule your sessions after purchase. If you believe you ordered the wrong pack, please review our Refund Policy.
